Post-Launch Support

Every project includes 90 days of free post-launch support, starting from the day your site goes live. During that time, we’re here to fix any bugs related to the custom work we completed, answer your questions, and help you feel confident using your new site.

After those 90 days, support is available as needed at our standard hourly rate of $100/hour. We’re happy to help troubleshoot, make tweaks, or investigate plugin conflicts — just reach out and we’ll get you on the calendar.

Please note: Support does not include troubleshooting unrelated plugin issues, or requests for new features (but we’re always up for a new project if you need more help!).
