If you sell any kind of services on your website, I cannot recommend Dubsado enough. It is an entire client management service package. Let me just tell you…
Before Dubsado, my process looked like this:
- Potential client filled out my contact me form saying they would like help
- I find email in my spam folder a day or two later
- I apologize for the delay
- I ask for more details about what they need help with, we exchange a few more emails, each taking about 30 + minutes
- I send a quote for the work and wait to hear back
- When the quote is accepted, I create an invoice and email it
- More emails
- Total: about 3-4 hours
